To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process and ensure your refund or exchange is handled promptly.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for return.

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal Care Goods: Beauty and hair care products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.
  • Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
